We are a small business based in Vienna VA, established in June 2002. Our vision is to provide gifted local artists with a specialized outlet for their amazing talent while providing our customers with an affordable and personalized way to complete any kitchen backsplash, alcove, tabletop, fireplace, step riser, or soaking tub area. The possibilities are truly  endless for this ancient and enduring art form.

Imagine...You can accent your personal space by placing a faux window anywhere with any view you choose. Our hand painted murals and accent tiles are specifically designed to be the perfect compliment to any granite, limestone or marble installation in any room.

Creative Designs represents seven local artists who are available to paint any subject you desire upon your request.
We specialize in providing original pieces of custom artwork hand painted only onto natural stone. Our original artwork is produced on tumbled and grout filled travertine or antiqued marble. Pick any size of tile or slab you want in any available color. Tiles can even be pre-mounted & pre-grouted so the joints won't interrupt your custom painted design. Call us well before the installation occurs to have your custom accent art ready when you are. Lead time can be as short as three weeks from signed contract to delivery for installation.

All current stock pieces are hand painted on tumbled Turkish Ivory Travertine in the various sizes as described.

Hand painted custom murals and individual accent pieces on natural stone are our specialty. We work directly with our clients on all custom orders to ensure the best possible end result.
